On 14.10.2024, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the writ petition on 16.10.2024. Thereafter, when the writ petition was listed on 17.10.2024, again there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the writ petition under the caption "For Dismissal" on 19.10.2024. Accordingly, when the writ petition is listed today i.e. on 19.10.2024, even today there is no representation for the petitioner.
