This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29735 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29735 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 is relaxed.
