This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him in G.O.(2D) No.171, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME4) Department dated 08.10.2007. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents placing on record, the order passed by the Government in G.O.(D) No.36, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.4) Department, dated 22.01.2016, stated that the charges levelled against the petitioner are fully dropped since all the findings of the Enquiry Officer do not prove the charges.

4.Since the charges levelled against the petitioner are dropped in G.O.(D) No.36, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.4) Department, dated 22.01.2016, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
