Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the Bail conditions with regard to directing the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Court by order dated 11.03.2021 in order made in Crl.M.P.No.2848 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.823 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending and that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. 1st working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
