This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 26.02.2015, followed by fair and proper investigation of the same within stipulated time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.02.2015, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.128 of 2015 and the same was closed on 04.07.2015. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the respondent police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
