2. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.1233/2023 on the file of the VI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent/plaintiff has withdrawn the above suit in O.S.No.1233/2023 and in such circumstance, nothing survives for further adjudication in the civil revision petition. Therefore, to that effect, he has submitted a letter dated 12.01.2024 before the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the civil revision petition.

4. Inview of the above said letter as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
