: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue the "Noted for Record" letter pursuant to the petitioner's request dated 16.10.2015 and consequently, execute a Power Purchase Agreement under the "Comprehensive Tariff Order on Solar Power" Order No.4 of 2014, dated 12.09.2014 in respect of the 50 MW solar power project to be established by the petitioner at Virudhunagar District, State of Tamil Nadu, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
