ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a complaint on the basis of the information dated 15.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 15.06.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 07.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
