ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give employment to the students
who have completed the course in Communicable Disease Hospital as Nursing Assistant in the Corporation Hospitals at Chennai.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners 2 to 20 herein have, on an earlier occasion, filed identical Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.9062 of 2012 and 13503 of 2012 and the said Writ Petitions were dismissed by the coordinate bench of this Court on 04.01.2013. A perusal of the said orders discloses that the relief that is sought for by the petitioners in the said writ petitions is contrary to the orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.26, Health and Family Welfare (C2) Department, dated 24.01.2011 and that the scope of the said Government order cannot be extended.
However, the petitioners 2 to 20 herein without challenging the said orders passed by the learned single Judge during the year 2013, once again filed the present Writ Petition while joining with the Writ Petitioners 1, 21 to 34 for the very same reasons as assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.9062 and 13503 of 2012.
petitioner in the present Writ Petition, does not arise and further second Writ Petition for the same relief is also not maintainable.
