JUDGMENT

When these appeals were taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant has submitted that the power deed and the sale deeds in question have been released after registration and hence nothing survives in these appeals for consideration.

2.Recording the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant, the writ appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
