The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC alter into Section 395 of IPC in Crime No.112 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused had robbed a sum of Rs.6,700/- and snatched a cell phone from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

mpa Rs.6,700/- cash and transferred a sum of Rs.17,000/- to A1's account through G-pay at knife point and also snatched a cell phone from the defacto complainant. He would further submit that he is having two previous cases. He would further submit that they arrested the accused, who are still in custody. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration of the bad antecedents of the petitioner and also considering the fact that the arrested accused are still in custody, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
