ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking to quash the notice dated 13.05.2015 issued by the first respondent/ Sub Collector, Mettur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The said impugned show cause notice has been issued requiring the petitioner to appear with all relevant documents, before the first respondent and as such, at this stage, no adjudication is required and in fact, no cause of action has arisen. Thus, the petitioner is granted liberty to appear before the first respondent along with relevant records as required by him. As the date fixed by the first respondent has elapsed, the first respondent may fix another date for the appearance of the petitioner and thereafter take a decision on merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, M.P. No. 1 of 2015 and MP.No2 of 2015 closed. No costs.
