This petition is filed seeking for expeditious disposal of I.A. No. 1 of 2022 in O.S. No.389 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Hour.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has filed a suit for recovery of money from the respondent/ defendant in respect of construction work done by him. The petitioner also sought for the relief of not to go ahead with the further construction until the dispute between the parties are resolved. IA. No.1 of 2022 is filed for a similar relief for restraining the respondent from completing the work until the suit is disposed of.

3. Considering the circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Hosur to dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible not later than four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.
