When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of the order passed in O.A.No.1227 of 2014 in O.P.No.935 of 2015 dated 06.07.2016, by which interim injunction granted against the applicant in the present application has been made absolute.

2.In such view of the matter, the application is closed, giving liberty to the applicant to file appropriate application to set aside or modify the order dated 06.07.2016 passed in O.A.No.1227 of in O.P.No.935 of 2015.
