Mr.Krishna Dath for EPF in W.P.No.8160 of 2013 C O M M O N O R D E R W.P.No.8159 of 2013 has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in proceedings no.CC2/25/TN/22600/Enf/Comp/ Regl/2012 issued to respondent 4 to 6 and quash the same and permit the petitioner to pay the provident fund contribution dues in installments in terms of the first respondent communication dated 11.02.2013. 2.W.P.No.8160 of 2013 has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the third respondent in proceedings No.EPFCP.16 Ref. No. CHN/TN/22600/Recovery/Regl/ 2013 dated 22.02.2013/26.03.2013 and quash the same. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for non payment of the 7A order amount to the tune of Rs.80,58,532/, the order under Section 8F of the Act was passed. Subsequently, the petitioner paid the entire amount by way of installments and continue to pay EPF contribution as per the 3/6
respondent's requirements.
4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. The EPF Organisation shall revoke the attachment upon satisfaction that the entire amount has already been paid. 5.The writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
