ORDER

There is no representation for the petitioner, as well as the respondents 3 and 4.

2. The prayer in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to the first and second respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2015.

3. It would not now be appropriate for this Court to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation that was given in the year 2015. Nevertheless, if the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, liberty could be granted to the petitioner to give a fresh representation, with a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the same.

4. In the light of the above observation, the Writ Petition stands 2/4

disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the first and second respondents herein ventilating his grievance. On receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider it on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
