Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to disburse the pension and other pensionary benefits admissible to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The petitioner worked as Village Administrative Officer and on attaining the age of superannuation, retired on 30.8.2014. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has not been paid pension and other benefits in spite of his retirement on 30.8.2014. The petitioner now wanted the respondent to pay him pension and other benefits.

2. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner made a representation to the respondent. The petitioner is given liberty to submit a representation to the respondent and in case, any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of such representation.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
