Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petitions, these petitions to implead the proposed respondent, viz., The Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Shastri Bhavan Annexe Building, 1st Floor, No.26, Haddows Road, Chennai-600 006, as 6th respondent in the writ petitions are allowed.

2.Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the cause title.
