Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to disburse the amounts lying in Member ID No.TNMAS00198250000000362 to the petitioner, the sole surviving only legal heir of the deceased G.Hari, who is petitioner husband, in accordance with the Hindu Succession Act, after obtaining the requisite signature from the 2nd respondent.
