O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 15.05.2015 which was forwarded by the 1st respondent on 18.5.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 15.05.2015 by post to the second respondent which was forwarded by the 1st respondent on 18.5.2015. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the second Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
