O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein viz the Inspector of Police, H4 Old Washermanpet police station, Chennai to register a case against the said Karthik Sha on the basis of the complaint given to the 2nd respondent herein on 05.01.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the allegations are very serious, inasmuch as the petitioner's daughter has been harassed by Karthick sha, she has attempted to commit suicide.
4. Under these circumstances, the petitioner's daughter - victim is directed to give a fresh complaint in person before the respondent police and on such complaint being made, the case will be registered and the respondent police is directed to take action in accordance with law.
