This petition is filed to condone the delay of 172 days in filing the above appeal. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no notice is necessary to the 1st respondent. 3.Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, the learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent.

5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent, the delay of 172 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account No.10156284387, State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code SBIN000758, Contact person: Mr.B.M.Sridhar, Mobile No.9282112830], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. 11.02.2021 kj Note: Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, as the counsel for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company at the time of admission.
