Non Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.16 of 2010 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, consequent to his non appearance before the trial Court. Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 30.07.2014.

2. In view of the long absence of the petitioner herein, the case was also split against the petitioner and separate calender case in C.C.No.13 of 2018 had also been registered on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry.
