CRIME NO.02 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed in Crl.MP.No.487/2021 in Crl.OP.No.12174/2020 order dated 22.01.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VEERARAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. However, he further submitted that investigation is still pending and yet to file charge sheet.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also that the condition already imposed on the petitioner is only to report before the respondent Police once in a month, there is no need for relaxing the condition till the investigation is completed.

5. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
