[ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, AWPS, ROYAPETTAI, CHENNAI DISTRICT CRIME NO.1 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 5(c) imposed on the Petitioner/Accused in Crl.O.P.No.5209 of 2021 dated on 22/03/2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. , until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5209 of 2021, dated 22.03.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police, once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
