This revision arises against the judgment of learned XV Additional Sessions Judge in Crl.A.No.223 of 2014 dated 20.07.2015 confirming the order passed by VII Metropolitan Magistrate, in Crl.M.P.No.2169 of 2014 in D.V.C.No.16 of 2014 dated 28.10.2014.
2. Proceedings in respect of the same parties came up for consideration in Crl.R.C.No.1280 of 2015. Under orders dated 21.12.2015, this court had directed the trial to court to dispose of the proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3. Having heard learned counsel on either side and the specific dispute raised regards the property in which a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
residential right had been claimed being joint family property or the individual property of the petitioner, it is considered appropriate to require the court below to dispose of the main case in D.V.C.No.16 of 2014 on merits after hearing the contention of the rival side within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
