[ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, J 11 KANNAGI NAGAR POLICE STATION, CHENNAI (CR.NO.1129 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the committal court daily at 10.30 A.M. on all working days until further orders in the above Crl.OP.No.3192 of 2021 on 19.02.2021 in the above P.R.C.No.6 of 2021 in Cr.No.1129 of 2020 on the file of Respondent. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJAVELU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the committal court daily at 10.30 a.m. on all working days until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3192 of 2021, dated 19.02.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police, on every Monday, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
