This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25526 of 2023, dated 19.12.2023.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and charge sheet has also been filed in S.C.No.71 of 2024 before the concerned Court, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25526 of 2023, dated 19.12.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
