Crl.O.P.No.7438 of 2024 N. ANAND VENKATESH.,J Today, the matter was listed under the caption "for being mentioned", since some inadvertent mistakes had crept in the order. Therefore, paragraph No.5 of the order dated 27.03.2024, shall be replaced as follows: 5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of this petition in the following terms:

(a)the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, on or before 02.04.2024;

(b)the petitioner, at the time of surrender, shall also move an application seeking for bail before the IV Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

(c) The learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, shall pass orders in the bail application by imposing necessary conditions.
