The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.04.2013 passed in WP.No.11161 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the

respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 19.04.2013 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1327/A5/2013 dated 28.07.2014 to that effect.
