PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioners for starting construction in the name of engineering college and regional transport office in the lands situated in S.Nos.24, 25 and 124 of Kaliyanur Village, Komarapalaym Taluk, Namakkal District, which is subject matter of the proceedings pending before the first respondent without due process of law and pass orders.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the first respondent has passed an order through proceedings dated 09.07.2020. In view of the same, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the first respondent, it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for a weeks time for the petitioner to workout his remedy and submits that the family is residing in the property. If the respondents proceed further to evict them they will put to hardship. The process shall be put on hold for a week from today and thereafter, it is left open to the respondent to take action in accordance with law.
