ORDER

This Court, while disposing the writ petition in W.P.No.5387 of 2016, by order dated 12.02.2016, has directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2015 and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as wll as to the necessary parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks.

2.Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 12.02.2016, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 15.12.2016 issued by the respondent, submitted that the representation of the petitioner was positively considered by the respondent and as such, the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
