There is no appearance on the side of the Petitioner.

2. The real grievance of the Petitioner appears to be that his representations dated 19.12.2013 has not seen the light of the day. As such the Petitioner has projected the present writ petition praying for passing of an order by this Court in directing the Respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the representation dated 19.12.2013.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition, seeking for passing of an order by this Court in directing the Respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2013, this Court, at this stage, simpliciter without going into the merits of the matter directs the respondents 2 and 3 to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2013, in Just, Fair and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Objective manner and to dispose of the same in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (of course after providing adequate opportunity to the petitioner and others concerned if any, by adhering to the principles of Natural Justice)

4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
