This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 653 days in filing the C.R.P. SR. No. 38485 of 2019. 2.

On notice, the respondent entered appearance through the counsel and the name of the counsel is also shown in the cause list, however when the case is called, no one is appearing for the respondent. 3.

Though reasons has been stated by the petitioners side in the affidavit filed in support of this petition for the said delay, however, since the delay is 653 days, if at all it has to be condoned to meet the ends of justice, this Court feels that, suitable cost can be imposed on the petitioners. 4.

In that view of the matter, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered, on condition that, the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the respondent within a period of three weeks, failing which, the order condoning the said delay shall stand revoked without further reference to this Court. 01.10.2019 vji http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2
