This petition is filed to condone the delay of 240 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.K.Srinivasa Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Y.George Williams, learned counsel for the respondent.

The delay is 240 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 240 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
