This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Law and Order, B-2, Esplanade Police Station, not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials on record.
3. On a complaint given by one Karunamurthy, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.365 of 2015 against the petitioner. On a complaint given by one Govindaraju, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.347 of 2015 against the petitioner.
Under these circumstances, no blanket order can be passed and the petitioner is directed to co-operate for the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
