Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)Modify the condition Imposed in para No.3 i.e. petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties for like sum before the Hon'ble XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.O.P. No.5346/2022 dated 11.03.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court.[CRL.MP.NO.4823/2022] (ii) Pass order to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.5346/2022 order dated 11.03.2022. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners herein were granted anticipatory bail for the alleged offence under sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No. 986 of 2021, on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/-each with two sureties for a like sum.

2. The petitioners have not complied the said condition and now filed the present petition to modify the conditions and to reduce the surety amount.
3. Considering the alleged amount of cheating, this Court is not inclined to reduce the surety amount. However, time is extended till 20.04.2022, to the petitioners to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.
