O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner is an employee of the 3rd respondent, Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producer's Federation Limited and challenging the order of recovery, the petitioner preferred a Revision Petition before the 1st respondent under Section 154 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act on 27.06.2012.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the said Revision Petition preferred by the writ petitioner challenging the order of the recovery is still pending before the 1st respondent and no decision has been taken. Thus, without going in to the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the Revision Petition filed by the writ petitioner on 27.06.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the Revision Petition and relevant documents along with the order passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
