This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2431 of on 13.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for further period of 10 days and thereafter, shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
