ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.05.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.578 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC has been registered.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, as no further order is required this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
