2. Heard the learned Government Advocate Government Pleader for the petitioners.

3. Though the respondent has been served and the name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list, none appears for the respondent either in person or through counsel.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
