ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenu Naveen son of Murugan, the petitioner's son, aged about 16 years and handover to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Pursuant to the case registered in Cr.No.226 of 2018 for boy missing, the present petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondents to secure his presence.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions, submitted that the investigation is still going on as both the detenu and his friend left the house in view of the non-performance in the examination conducted.

4. The detenu was missing along with one Vaasu from 29.04.2018 onwards. The investigation is still going on. Under those circumstances, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer. As and when the detenu is secured, he should be produced before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.

5. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
