The writ petition was listed on 21.03.2023 and there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, Registry was directed to post the writ petition on 23.03.2023, under the caption, "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
