This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order issued by this Court on 10.08.2015 in Crl.OP.No.14866 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 09.06.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 09.01.2016. A copy of the closure report has been submitted into the Court.

5. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
