(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR,J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to produce the detenue Boomika, D/o.Manikam, aged about 17 years.

2. Mr.G.Ramar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has produced the statement of the victim as directed by this Court in the last hearing. In her statement, she stated that she is not in the illegal custody.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
