ORDER

Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. Since this writ petition is disposed of without passing any positive direction against the fifth respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the official respondents to consider his representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

15.06.2015 to correct the error that had crept in the revenue records in Survey No.19/16 and 19/17A at No.68, Athoor Madura Vadakai Village, Thirupporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the fifth respondent is not having any dispute with regard to the claim made by the petitioner, as he himself as a party defendant suffered a decree in O.S.No.13 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpet, filed by the petitioner for declaration and permanent injunction in respect of the subject matter property. The learned counsel further submitted that the fourth respondent, in fact, issued an enquiry notice on 06.09.2017 to conduct an enquiry on 24.09.2017 and the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent participated in the enquiry. It is further stated that the fourth respondent even thereafter has not passed any order.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
