The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of the suit O.S.No.180 of 2015 which is pending since September 2015 and it appears that though the 11th defendant had died on 14.06.2018, the suit is being simply adjourned for steps since then and the suit is not progressing. Accordingly, the learned District Munsif, Mettupalayam is directed to dispose of the suit, if the steps are not taken in respect of the 11th defendant by passing an order that the suit has abated as against the 11th defendant and thereafter proceed with the Suit and pass orders on or before 30.06.2019. In case steps have been taken then the learned Judge is directed to proceed to dispose of the said Application at the earliest. Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the above terms.
