ORDER
This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.10513 of 2016, by order dated 21.03.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2014, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the necessary parties, if any and pass appropriate orders, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ within a period of twelve weeks.
2.Now, alleging non-compliance of the said order of this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and the same is closed.
