O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the representation (fax message) of the petitioner dated 21.6.2016 on merits taking into account the seriousness of the situation immediately, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.J.Madhanagopal Road, learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

Considering the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in his representation, namely, Fax Message dated 21.6.2016, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation along with a copy of this Order to the 3rd respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent shall consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
