ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondent dated 15.10.2017 and CSR No.425/17, dated 15.10.2017 issued by the respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 15.10.2017.
